Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity Stud Finder Family Fun Night - Join Siouxland Habitat for Humanity on Tuesday, June 9 from 5:00-6:30pm at 1501 Juneau Pl SE. in Orange City and enjoy a pork burger meal, bouncy house, and special time of Prayer & Thanksgiving at 5:30pm! You'll be able to meet the Chavez family, tour the home under construction and view the sponsored studs decorated by community members. We hope to see you there!
RISEFEST
Join us at RiseFest in Sheldon, IA June 12-13! Come and hear the voices of Christian music throughout the much anticipated weekend praising God with singing and music!
INSPIRATION HILLS
As we prepare for another summer of ministry at Inspiration Hills Camp & Retreat Center, we are reaching out to churches in our community with a few remaining volunteer needs for Summer Camp.
Current Volunteer Needs:
Chaplains
• Week 3: Guys Only Camp (7th–9th grade male campers)
June 22–26
• Week 7: Wilderness & Saddle Up Camp (4th–6th grade campers)
July 20–24
Requirements:
• 21+age
• Comfortable leading chapel messages and encouraging campers spiritually
• Room and board provided
• Opportunity to bring family members
Nurse
• Week 7
July 20–24
Requirements:
• Certified RN, LPN, or EMT preferred
• CPR Certification required
• Competency in First Aid
• 21+ age
• Room and board provided
• Opportunity to bring family members
Day Camp Counselors
• Week 2: June 15–19
• Week 5: July 6–10
Requirements:
• Must be 16+
• Enjoy working with children and serving in a camp environment
• Room and board provided
• Opportunity to bring family members
