DORDT University
Friday, December 13: The Dordt University music department will present a 4th Avenue Jazz concert on Friday Dec. 13 at 7:00 pm in the BJ Haan Auditorium. Featured on the concert will be the 4th Avenue Singers and 4th Avenue Band. Come for a relaxed evening of jazzy Christmas songs and carols, big band standards, and a variety of collaborations between singers and instruments. Featured will be vocal arrangements by Pentatonix and Straight No Chaser, along with band arrangements of Hark! The, O, Little Herald Town of Bethlehem, Feliz Navidad, and We Wish you a Merry Christmas. The concert will also be available on livestream at www.dordt.edu/live-events.
Justice For All
JUSTICE FOR ALL is planning the 2025 Service and Learning Opportunities and would love to have you join one of the teams! These weeks are wonderful opportunities to serve others but also to experience and understand God’s Kingdom in new and important ways! Dates and places: Harvest Hands Ministries, Juarez, MX – January 17-25; JVMPerkins Foundation, Jackson MS – February 1-7; Voice of Calvary Ministries, Jackson, MS - February 8-14; Grace Covenant Ministries, Annville, KY – March 1-7; Grace Reigns, Colorado City AZ – April 4-12. Each week is a wonderful opportunity of building relationships with people from a community which is very different than our own, through serving, learning, and studying God’s Word together. Nick LeLoux, Service and Learning Coordinator will be holding an informational meeting Monday, September 16, 6:30PM at the JFA Ministry Center. SINGLE MOM’S RETREAT

The Single Mother's Retreat is jointly Hosted by Inspiration Hills and ATLAS. For years, this retreat has been an empowering, rejuvenating, encouraging, and deeply moving weekend for single mothers. The weekend includes speakers, worship, breakout discussion sessions, and prayer. It will also include times for breakout sessions with relaxing or engaging activities like pampering and art.
The event will take place from 7pm Friday night to 1pm Sunday afternoon. The cost varies from $15-$50 per person. To register for this event or learn more, visit inspirationhills.org/smretreat.
4-6th GRADE WINTER RETREAT

The 4th-6th Grade Winter Retreat is an exciting opportunity for campers to experience Inspiration Hills' unique winter activities! The event will include a chapel message, worship, and Bible studies along with all the fun winter games!

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPENING
Summer Camp Registration will be opening on February 1st! We just recently our website with the 2025 dates and details (including a new Intro to Wilder Camp!) Also, keep an eye out in your mailbox for our upcoming brochure which will include details! Some of our most popular camps will fill up fast, so be ready to register your camper on Feb 1 at inspirationhills.org/summer-camp!
SLEDDING HILL/BROOM BALL
It’s winter and that means SNOW! When you see snow on the ground, that’s your signal to come on out to Inspiration Hills so you and your family can enjoy our sledding hill. It’s going to be adjacent to the campground. We’re going to have a few sleds available in the front office if you’d like to borrow some.
Also, our broom ball court is now in the process of being set up! When it’s up and ready to go will depend on some factors with the weather, but we’ll be sure to post about it once it’s good to go!
