Dordt University
Faculty Organ Recital, Friday, September 4, 7:00 pm
Dr. Carrie Groenewold, Professor of Church Music and Organ at Dordt University, will present a Faculty Recital titled “A Flowering of Netherlandish and Flemish Psalms and Chorales” on Friday, September 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium. The program will focus on the development of beloved psalms and chorales by Dutch and Flemish composers and will include congregational singing. The concert and a PDF program will also be available on livestream at https://www.dordt.edu/live-events.
ZoeCare (formerly Guiding Star)
1 out of every 3 families in Iowa struggle to provide enough diapers for their children. ZoeCare, Swaddling Clothes, NW Iowa Baby Shower, and Maria Magdalena Church are coordinating efforts to raise awareness of the need for diapers in our area and educate on the support we offer! You can help families in need during diaper need awareness week (September 15-21) by donating diapers and wipes to the following drop off locations:
