Rev. Ben’s neighbor had a small electric mixer that he asked us to take a vote if we would like to use it. Needless to say the vote was 10-0 in favor of the mixer. At 9:00 we reached the worksite and he gathered us around to deliver us the bad news that the baby that was baptized on Sunday morning had passed away Monday night. With sadness in our hearts, we started our second day of plastering. Today was much easier on the backs with the help of the mixer. At 5:00 we left the site, gathered our items from our host’s homes and headed back to the dorms for a real shower!! Well kind of, but at least they have showers stalls, a shower head and hot water. They lack the pressure.
